Notice of Budget Committee Meeting

 

A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Umatilla County Special Library District, Umatilla County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026, will be held in person at 425 S. Main Street, Pendleton, OR 97801 or by Zoom at

The meeting will take place on Thursday, April 17, 2025 at 5:30 pm.  The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget.

This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place.

Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee.

 

A copy of budget document may be obtained on or after April 7, 2025, at 425 S. Main St., Pendleton.

 

Public comment will be taken in writing and by phone before the meeting.  Written comments received by 5 pm on 04/17/25 will be read during the budget committee meeting on 04/17/2024.  Comments will be heard at the budget committee meeting in person, through the Zoom interface, or by phone.  Please call 541-276-6449 or email director@ucsld.org for information or to offer a comment.
